Kitchen Kid's after school enrichment program, Classroom Cooks, is the ideal way for
schools and other organizations to cook up enthusiasm for the kitchen classroom. Our
inter-disciplinary and hands-on cooking classes are fun, delicious, and healthy!
Founded on the belief that the kitchen classroom is the tastiest place to learn, our
holistic curriculum incorporates lessons on math, science, geography, culture,
language, nutrition, reading comprehension, ecology, and history. Culinary education
naturally cultivates teamwork and self-reliance, social responsibility, sustainability, and
community.
Our unique programs have been adapted for students in Pre-K -- 8th grade. We
require no kitchen or special equipment; Kitchen Kid can get cooking almost anywhere!
